Mabel is a 2 year old miniature dappled dachshund (18/10/23).
Mabel is in need of a new home due to no fault of her own, I unfortunately have separated from my husband, and as I work 12 hour shifts it is completely unfair for Mabel to be left alone for this length of time. I feel that the best option for her is to have a home that can give her the time and love she deserves as much as it breaks my heart.
She is the most loving dog I’ve ever had, she loves to be as close as possible for a snuggle, loves a yak or scrunchy toy. She is wonderful with children, my 3 year old will vouch for that. She’s great with other dogs, she regularly spends time with my parents 2 dogs. She is toilet trained, crate trained, able to be alone for up to 5 hours, I do not leave her longer than this. She does have the ability to be off leash, however I keep her on at all times due to having a toddler at my hip too. Mabel does not bark much, only when someone is at the door. Mabel came from a first time litter from wonderful breeder, she was one of 4 puppies.
It is important to me that she goes to the right person, please can I ask if you message to enquire about her, that you give me as much time information as you can about your lifestyle, home, work etc so I can ensure she’s the right fit.
