Description
This is honestly the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do. Due to a really sudden and difficult life change, I’m no longer able to keep my three beautiful cats. I’ve had them since they were tiny — just a month old — and they’ve been with me for 4.5 years now. This decision is breaking my heart, and if there were any way I could keep them, I would. But I don’t have a choice anymore, and I want to do what’s best for them.
I’m looking for loving, safe homes for them — homes where they’ll be cared for and loved like they deserve.
🐾 Maisie & Heidi (must stay together)
* Age: 4.5 years
* Breed: Domestic shorthair, both are cowcats (black & white)
* Gender: Female (sisters)
* Personality: These two are super close and have been inseparable since day one. They’re calm, gentle, and very affectionate. They love cuddles, love being around people, and are just the sweetest little pair.
* Health: Both spayed, microchipped, healthy, indoor-only. Last vaccinated August 2023.
Maisie and Heidi absolutely must stay together — they’re very bonded and rely on each other for comfort. They sleep curled up together, groom each other, and get upset when they’re apart. I can’t imagine separating them, and I hope you wouldn’t either.
🐾 Jordi (needs a separate home)
* Age: 4 years
* Breed: Domestic shorthair
* Gender: Male
* Personality: Jordi is playful, funny, and affectionate once he gets to know you. He can be a bit shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’s such a loving boy. He loves playing and exploring and is a proper little character.
Now, here’s the difficult part — over the last year, Jordi has started being a bit too rough with Maisie. He gets a bit overexcited or dominant, and it’s made her really anxious — she hides from him a lot now. I’ve tried everything to fix it — reintroducing them slowly, separate feeding, pheromones, behavioural advice — but sadly, nothing has worked long-term.
I did find someone who was going to adopt Jordi two months ago, but they changed their mind last minute. So I’m still hoping to find him the right home. He might be best as a solo cat, or with a confident cat that won’t be bothered by his energy.
* Health: Neutered, microchipped, healthy, indoor-only. Last vaccinated August 2023.
All three cats are litter trained, fully indoor, and used to a calm home environment. I’ve loved them with all my heart, and this is not something I ever thought I’d have to do. But life has changed in a way I can’t control, and I just want to find them the safe, loving homes they deserve.
I have a Litter Robot (model 3), whoever adopt Maisie&Heidi will get the robot for free (just need to clean it yourself). Also got two litter boxes, whoever adopt Jordi can keep them.
If you’re genuinely interested or want to ask questions, please message me. I may ask a few questions or for a home check, just because I want to make sure they go to the right place.
Thank you
