🐾💔 Loving Spaniel Looking for His Forever Home 💔🐾
It breaks my heart to write this, but due to a sudden and life-changing illness, I can no longer give this beautiful boy the care and time he deserves.
We adopted him a year ago, and he truly is the most affectionate, loyal, and loving companion — a real “Velcro dog” who just wants to be by your side. Sadly, since I became paralysed five months ago, I can’t meet his needs or give him the attention he thrives on.
💙 About Him
• Breed: Spaniel (neutered, microchipped, fully vaccinated)
• Age: Adult — fit, healthy, full of energy but adores snuggling.
• Temperament: Exceptionally gentle, loving, and well-mannered — walks beautifully on or off-lead, great recall, calm in shops and public places.
• Training: He’s done agility and is a complete natural — smart, quick to learn, and eager to please.
• Home life: Sleeps under the covers at the bottom of the bed or curled on the sofa. Can be left for a few hours but not suitable for someone out all day.
• Good with cats: He currently lives with cats and kittens with no issues at all.
🏡 Ideal Home
• Must be an only dog. He was adopted with his brother, but they sadly don’t get along, and he doesn’t cope well in a multi-dog home. But doors love playing with other dogs. Very polite and well man no red and reads other dogs body language well.
• Best suited to a retired or home-based person who wants a constant, loving companion — someone who enjoys walks and plenty of cuddle time.
• Not suitable for homes with young children.
• Would love a garden, regular walks, and, most of all, your company.
🍗 Quirks & Honest Bits
• Barks at the door and has a cheeky love of destroying teddies!
• Very food-motivated and will happily hunt for snacks — needs a watchful eye around food and can show some food-guarding if not managed.
• Loves to “help” with anything you’re eating — even though he’s very well-fed!
🌳 Lifestyle Experience
He’s been everywhere — cottages, caravans, tents, beaches, cities, and countryside parks — and takes it all in his stride. He’s a joy to travel with and loves being part of the adventure. Good in the car.
