Description
Dolly is currently looking for her furever home with no other animals. She is good with other dogs and children but she requires full attention and gets jealous easy, she could possibly live with another dog if they can handle a hyper pup. She is currently 1 and just come out of her 3rd season. Ideally wouldn’t want her going to someone where she would be bred as vets have said she is best to be neutered as she gets territorial over toys when in heat, she is crate trained and potty trained(if you stick to taking her out regularly or have a garden where she can do her business) she’s a beautiful girl and it breaks me to have to rehome her but we tried plenty of things to help with her jealousy towards my other animals who were her first and she just can’t seem to leave them alone. She’s grown up around my young children who are 5 and under I’ve had her since she was 8 weeks old other then when a family member had her for a few months with their dog who she was fine with but was too much for them. She’s vaccinated upto date. Due her booster in about 10 months. Happy to answer any questions x

Not the best choice for first time owners because Dachshunds often have a mind of their own
Care must be taken with puppies because they must not be allowed to jump up or down from anywhere because it could damage their backs and joints
They are prone to putting on too much weight if not given enough daily exercise
