We have made a very difficult decision to rehome one of our male dashchunds due to the fallout with his brother. Sadly, they just can’t be in the same room together.
Weenie was born with us and has the company of other dogs and people most of the time, so his new home needs to have a female dog with owners being home or with him most of the time. He has never been crated up until recently, so it’s ongoing training with that and as long as he is encouraged outside every couple of hours, he is clean in the house.
He needs time with socialising with new people as he doesn’t make friends or trust instantly but once he knows you, he loves nothing more than snuggles. He’s never shown any form of aggression with humans and has been raised with children and adores them. He’s ball mad and food driven which will be useful for ongoing training.
