Description
*Last male left (Dark Blue collar) - ready to leave now:
Smooth coat, chipped, wormed, flea treated and all ready for his new home*
We have 7 amazing pups available from a litter of 9 gorgeous, chunky border collies. The tiny one is staying with us, and the other is going next door, the rest are looking for a new family to love!
Born on 10th October, will be ready to leave from 5th December onwards at 8 weeks old.
We have 3 boys and 4 girls available from the litter of 9.
Both parents are our family pets, both came from farms with herding backgrounds where their parents were working dogs (Peggy from a sheep farm, and Frank from a dairy farm) but both have grown into fabulous family pets, with lovely temperaments. Both are non-KC reg, pure bred Border Collies. Peggy has a medium-rough coat, and Frank is smooth (short) coated, with a thick white mane around his neck.
The pups have been raised in our busy, loud family home, with kids from ages 4-18 so are used to being handled by lots of people, and used to our cats.
Please excuse the photos - they'd just been charging about in their food and water bowls (as is usual now we've started weaning 😂) - will update pics when they're growing.
2 of the pups from this litter are Tri Colour, so they will all be carriers of the Tri Colour gene. Some are showing signs of the ticked (black spotted) pattern in their coats like their dad, and we expect them all to develop a short - medium rough coat. The shorter coats definitely have their plus points with a bit less shedding and much easier grooming!
They have been checked over with Peggy by our local vet, who was very happy with their progress.
They will be microchipped on 28th November, so have another vet check then, and will be ready to leave on 5th December onwards. They have been wormed every 2 weeks since birth, and will continue until they leave, along with a flea treatment at 8 weeks.
Each pup will leave with a box of essentials, some age appropriate toys/treats, collar, lead, 1.5kg of dry food from Masters Pet Foods, 12 pouches of wet puppy food, food and water bowls, a blanket, dog brush & comb, some puppy training pads, worming/flea record, a birth certificate (which is a bit of a novelty, but if you have kids, they love it for the naming process) and 4 weeks FREE insurance with PetPlan - everything you need to get settled for the first week!
Pups can be viewed with both mum and dad, but please be aware they might be a bit protective over the pups with strangers, so don't be alarmed if we have to take them out of the room... they are amazing dogs!
You can come to view them and choose a puppy any time, £50 deposit will secure pup of your choice. Feel free to message with any questions and we can send more pics over text or WhatsApp.
