Our beautiful girl Freya has given us a gorgeous litter of nine Labrador puppies, now just a few days old. We have six boys and three girls in stunning shades of black, chocolate, silver, and charcoal.
Freya is our much-loved family pet — calm, gentle, and incredibly intelligent. She’s DNA double-clear of all hereditary conditions and has perfect hip and elbow scores of 0/0. Freya comes from strong working lines and has the steadiness, loyalty, and focus that make Labradors so exceptional.
She’s a wonderful companion with a kind, intuitive nature. When I qualify as a teacher, Freya will begin her training as a therapy and school dog, supporting children with special educational needs — something we know she’ll be perfect for.
Our family has over 25 years of experience breeding Labradors, and we are proud to be responsible hobby breeders. Our dogs are family for life — never rehomed — and they want for nothing. Because this isn’t our livelihood, we focus entirely on quality, health, and temperament, not quantity.
The Science Bit
This litter combines decades of Labrador breeding experience with my partner’s scientific background. He is a taxonomist who has worked in animal conservation and is currently implementing science research projects in schools. Together, we’ve researched this pairing extensively to ensure outstanding genetics, both for health and colour. Freya is genetically perfect — double-clear with 0/0 hips and elbows — and we carefully selected Jason, a KC-registered fox red Labrador from a breeder regarded as one of the top breeders in the country, for his excellent hip scores, calm temperament, and compatibility.
This combination has produced a litter that represents the very best of the breed — exceptional health, balanced temperaments, and a rare colour genetic range. While we know there are cheaper puppies out there, these have been bred with the highest standards of care, research, and love.

The puppies are being raised in our busy, loving family home, surrounded by children, other dogs, and cats. They’re handled daily, used to everyday household sounds, and growing into confident, affectionate companions.
Each puppy will leave:
- KC Registered
- Vet checked and microchipped
- Wormed and flea-treated up to date
- Well-socialised and ready for family life
Puppies will be ready to leave mid-December, though we’re happy to keep them a little longer to avoid the Christmas rush.
