Description
It’s with a heavy heart that I’ve decided to rehome my dog, Max. Due to long work hours and living alone, I’m unable to provide him with the time and attention he truly deserves.
Max is a male Czech Working Line German Shepherd, just over a year old. He comes from strong working bloodlines—both his mother and father are Czech line German Shepherds currently working as security guard dogs.
Max is incredibly intelligent, eager to learn, and already knows many commands including Sit, Stay, Down, Leave it, Speak, Spin, Middle, Look at me, Paw, Wait, Ok, and Out. He learns new commands in just 10–15 minutes.
He’s calm indoors, crate-trained, and house-trained—he only goes to the toilet on grass and will cry to let you know when he needs to go out. He’s very quiet and settled in the home, unbothered by door knocks or outside noise.
Max has been raised with both cats and dogs. While he can be reactive around unfamiliar dogs, it’s from excitement and nervousness—not aggression. He is calm, friendly, and gentle with people and children.
Max has high energy and loves to play fetch, run, and explore. A home with a secure garden would be ideal to give him the space he needs to burn off energy and stay happy.
I’m looking for a responsible and loving home—preferably with experience in working breeds—where Max can thrive and be given the attention and stimulation he deserves.
