Description

Puppy advert Our Pedigree Miniature Schnauzer father, ‘Dobby’ & Yorkshire Terrier mother, ‘Hunter’ have produced three beautiful Schnorkie puppies. Two girls and one boy. Viewable with mother & father. Also known as a Schnerrier or Snorkie, the Schnorkie is a cross between the Miniature Schnauzer and the Yorkshire Terrier. It has black button eyes, a black nose, small floppy ears, covered with long satin hair. Its coat can come in various colors including white, black, black and tan, grey, and brown. Our puppies are mainly black but with hints of white and tan. Fans of small to medium dogs unite! The Schnorkie is here to steal hearts with his adorable appearance, friendly temperament, and unique origin. This cute crossbreed is quickly becoming a family-favorite thanks to his hypoallergenic coat and gentle but robust nature. Our Schnorkies are an adorable cross between our Yorkie mum and the purebred miniature Schnauzer dad. We selected purebred Schnauzer:‘Dobby’, KC registered with a full family tree from across Europe ensuring maximum genetic diversity. He is a robust, confident and highly affectionate boy. The mother is our beautiful mixed Yorkshire terrier: ‘Hunter’, this has resulted in mighty, healthy little terriers with classic black & white Schnauzer colouring - with some hints of tan from Mum. Type: Schnorkies, Crossbreed, Mixed Breed, Dog, Hybrid, Parent Breeds: The Miniature Schnauzer and the Yorkshire Terrier Cost: Male - £1500 Females - £1500 Height: 11 to 12 Inches Weight: 11 to 12 Pounds Coat Type: Hypoallergenic Health Issues: Schnorkies are far less likely to suffer from the genetic conditions associated with their pedigree counterparts. All pedigree dogs are prone to an array of genetic conditions such as: Cataracts, Bronchitis, Portosystemic Shunt, Dental Disease, Digestive Issues, Lymphangiectasia, Keratitis sicca, Pancreatitis, Diabetes, Allergies, Bladder issues, and Tracheal Collapse. This Hybrid breed has the genetic diversity to avoid such issues. Lifespan: 12 to 15 Years Temperament: Sensitive, Playful, Friendly, Social, Comedic, Affectionate, People-Oriented, Happy with other pets (not rodents though!) Their nature makes them suited to any domestic setting so long as they are loved. Families with children, singles, seniors, retirees, first time dog owners, those with allergies, those living In small spaces, those with active lifestyles - morning runs and/or afternoon/evening walks. Schnorkies can adapt well to any setting. The Schnorkie Overview: With a name like Schnorkie, it’s no wonder this little dog is turning heads. A mix between the sassy Yorkshire Terrier and the intelligent Miniature Schnauzer, Snorkie dogs have become such a popular choice. for a wide range of homes. Schnorkie dogs are excellent additions and companions to families or adults who have a flexible schedule. They are clever and will enjoy someone who can commit to training and mental stimulation, and they don’t require too much in the way of physical exercise. That said, they have excellent endurance and can keep up with park running and longer walks. They are very people oriented so they would make a great companion for a single person or couple. We always have dogs in pairs so that they are company for each other Bred primarily for companionship, the Schorkie is also the ideal family dog and loves children, other dogs and even cats! You may not have heard of a Schnorkie until recently, and this is likely because this type of dog is a newer generation crossbreed that has only recently become popular in the last few years. Dogs like Schnorkies fall into a category all their own and are not considered purebreds or mutts. Sometimes referred to as crossbreed dogs, mixed breeds, or hybrids, dogs like the Schnorkie are defined as the offspring of two specifically chosen parent breeds. This makes them essentially “designed” in an effort to combine the unique, ideal characteristics of both parents. With these three beautiful puppies, we really feel we have found the perfect blend in terms of size, temperament, durability and handsome features. Boy - £1500 Girls - £1500
