Meet Harlow – 3-Year-Old Golden Retriever with a Heart of Gold 💛🐾
Looking for a loyal, loving companion with a playful spark? Meet Harlow, our beautiful 3-year-old Golden Retriever who’s full of affection, personality, and potential. She’s ready for her next chapter with a family who can give her the time, love, and guidance she deserves.
Harlow has a wonderful temperament – she’s gentle in play, adores people and other animals, and has that classic Golden Retriever friendliness. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or humans, she’s desperate to make friends and win everyone over (and usually does!). She’s especially fond of rough-and-tumble play but always knows her limits and plays with kindness.
She’s cat and dog friendly, but her new family should be prepared to help her with a few things:
🐾 She needs training around cat litter and cat food – she’s very curious and needs guidance on boundaries.
🍽️ She also needs training around human food – she’s very interested and will try to sneak a snack if she can!
🐾 She can be vocal, so will benefit from calm, consistent reinforcement to reduce unnecessary barking.
That said, Harlow is very willing to learn and already knows a fantastic list of commands:
🦴 Sit
🦴 Lay down
🦴 Get ball
🦴 Paw
🦴 Up
🦴 Spin
🦴 Wait – with “go” or “go on then” as her release command
She is on a raw food diet, is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been well cared for. Please note: Harlow is not neutered.
Harlow would thrive in an active, patient home where she can continue her training and get plenty of love and play. If you’re looking for a best friend who already has a great foundation and is eager to please, she might just be the perfect fit.
