WORKING LAB, LOVERS
MEET MILEY, she is chipped, vaccinated, house trained, can be left alone for up to 4hrs. Non destructive & a total cutie pie! 🥰
🐾Miley is a gorgeous 4-year-old working Golden Labrador with a bright, bubbly personality and a whole lot of love to give.🐾
🪃She’s full of energy, loves life, and is happiest when she’s got a big open space to run around in. Miley adores her toys (and sticks!) and is rarely seen without something in her mouth — she’s got a playful spirit and a real sense of purpose. She especially enjoys “hunting” - or should we say chasing- the occasional garden intruder, showing off her focused, alert nature.
💕She’s incredibly affectionate — a real softie at heart who loves nothing more than cuddles, kisses, and being close to her people. Miley is emotionally needy and thrives on love, attention, and companionship. She’d be best suited to someone who’s home often and able to give her the reassurance and company she needs.
😘Miley is great with children and offers lots of kisses, but she can get quite excited and strong during play, so care should be taken around smaller children. She gets along well with other dogs (though she tends to keep to herself) and has also lived happily alongside cats.
⚡️As a high-energy working Lab, Miley would absolutely thrive in a rural environment — ideally a farm, smallholding, or a home with plenty of secure land to explore. She would suit someone who enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, and being active. She’s incredibly clever and would benefit from having a “job” or regular mental stimulation. Miley knows a range of commands including sit, wait, stay, lay down, and even speak! She’s crate trained and loves having a cosy spot to rest after a busy day.
🚶🏻♂️➡️Miley walks on a lead but can pull, especially when she’s excited. Her recall is not reliable in busy or distracting areas, so she should only be off-lead in secure spaces.
🚗One thing to be mindful of is that Miley really struggles with car travel. She gets very anxious in vehicles and can become physically sick, so a stable home where car journeys are minimal would be the most comfortable for her.
Miley is a truly lovely girl with so much heart and loyalty to give. In the right home — with space to run, people to love, and time for cuddles and adventure — she’ll be the most wonderful companion.
