🐾 SHEAMUS (“SHEAMY”) – SEARCHING FOR ONE BIG GOLDEN BASKET TOGETHER WITH PANDA BEAR 🐾 Some dogs arrive in rescue alone. Others arrive with a bond so deep, so pure and so beautiful… that separating them would break something precious. Sheamus and Panda Bear — lovingly called Sheamy & Pandy — are one of those rare pairs. After spending such a long time together in the shelter, these two boys have become completely inseparable. They sleep together, seek each other out constantly, comfort one another and move through life side by side like brothers. And especially for Panda, Sheamy has become his emotional anchor — the dog who helps him feel safe enough to trust the world a little more. That is why we are now searching for something very special: one big golden basket, one warm home and one loving family willing to welcome them BOTH together. 📅 Date of birth: 23 September 2023 🐶 Labrador Retriever mix ⚖️ Medium–large | approx. 30 kg ✂️ Neutered 🖤 Sheamy’s Nature Sheamy is a truly special boy because he is deeply perceptive, intelligent and emotionally aware. He notices everything around him and responds strongly to the energy and atmosphere people bring with them. Calmness, kindness and emotional steadiness help him feel safe and understood. And when Sheamy feels safe, he relaxes beautifully. In those moments, you see the very best of him: affectionate, loving, responsive and deeply connected to his people. He forms strong emotional bonds and becomes incredibly loyal once trust is there. Sheamy feels most comfortable with people who naturally offer: • A calm and confident presence • Gentle, clear guidance • Consistency and patience • A peaceful environment Sheamy is the kind of dog who actually enjoys being gently guided through life. When he feels that someone calm and steady is quietly taking the lead, you can almost see the relief in him. He doesn’t want pressure or harshness — he simply feels safest with people who help him feel that everything is okay. In return, he listens beautifully and forms an incredibly close connection with his person. People who naturally understand sensitive dogs will probably feel that special “click” with Sheamy very quickly — the feeling that you can truly read and understand one another. 🐕 Social Life With the people he knows and trusts, Sheamy is incredibly affectionate, loving and loyal. He forms deep emotional bonds and truly blossoms once he feels safe with someone. With unfamiliar people, he can initially feel a little unsure, but calm and gentle introductions help him relax beautifully. Sheamy is friendly and social with other dogs and genuinely enjoys companionship, playtime and walking together. Cats have not been tested. Because of his sensitive and emotionally aware nature, Sheamy would be happiest in a calm adult home or a quieter household without very young children. He loves his walks, enjoys being outdoors and walks well alongside other dogs. Busy environments, sudden changes or lots of activity can sometimes feel overwhelming for him, but with patience and reassurance, he continues to grow in confidence all the time. 🎓 Progress & Training Sheamy has completed professional training at a specialised rehabilitation centre in Newton Abbot, where he received very positive feedback. Although he needed some time to adjust initially, he made lovely progress and showed how well he responds to calm structure, guidance and consistency. Everyone involved saw what a sweet, intelligent and affectionate dog he truly is. 💤 The Soft Side At home, Sheamy absolutely loves closeness. He enjoys cuddles, happily curls up beside you on pillows at night and simply loves being near his people. Once he bonds, he gives his heart completely. And one of the souls he has bonded most deeply with is little Panda Bear. 🏡 Their Ideal Home Sheamy and Pandy are searching for: • A calm adult household • A quieter daily lifestyle • A patient and emotionally steady owner • A secure private garden • A home where both dogs can continue building confidence together The most important thing for us is simple: that these two best friends never have to lose each other. 💛 Please also read Panda Bear’s full profile, because these boys are searching for ONE shared forever home where they can stay together forever: https://www.pets4homes.co.uk/classifieds/bruobzdei-meet-panda-a-handsome-boy-for-a-loving-home-nottingham/ ❤️ Why Adopt Sheamy & Pandy Together? Because some dogs simply belong side by side. Pandy finds safety and confidence in Sheamy. And Sheamy blossoms through the companionship, affection and emotional connection they share together every single day. Separating them would mean losing the one constant they have had throughout shelter life. ✨ They don’t need perfection — they simply need someone willing to open their heart to both of them together. ✨ Please help us find the one family willing to give these two souls what they have never truly had: a warm, safe home together. 💛 Adoption Information The adoption contribution for BOTH dogs together is only €475. This amount helps cover only a small part of their rescue journey, while all remaining medical, transport, shelter and care costs are fully carried by the organisation. We have already helped more than 500 families and references can gladly be provided. Due to the large number of messages we receive, we kindly ask for serious enquiries only. Friends InDeed is a registered rescue organisation and all adoptions are carefully considered with the dogs’ long-term happiness and welfare as the priority. • Home-check required (online possible) • Transport available across the UK • Full rescue back-up provided Warm regards, Adrian & Maria Friends InDeed Animal Rescue

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
