Not a puppy but won’t let me list it as anything else. 5 year old female dachshund.
This is a very hard post to make as we need to rehome our baby, Pepper. Severe ill health in my family has caused this decision and it has been a heartbreaking decision but Pepper is not getting the life she deserves, and dogs lives are already so short, she deserves so much better. She is hilarious and loves her teddies, she will bury them and hide them and then dig them straight back up again! She’s crate trained and loves to go to bed there and get under the covers. She’s constantly burrowing and getting comfy. She’s a classic barker when the doorbell goes but is a good girl out and about, with the odd bark at some dogs. Heroes less recall is great unless there’s a dog she wants to run over to. She’s been spayed and is up to date on all her vaccinations and treatments. Ideally she would be suited with another sausage or someone who works from home so she won’t be lonely. She loves love too much and wants to give you love all the time! She can be left alone for a few hours but I usually have her in the crate so she feels safe and cosy. She has been raised around children and cats. She likes to chase the cats but they’re fine with her once they realise she’s tiny and can’t hurt them, she persists and gets a few swipes then gives up!
