My Blue Roan Show Cocker Spaniel, Pearl, has given birth to 8 Beautiful pups.
Pearl is KC Registered and fully health tested (AON, FN, PRA, AMS, DM, Gonioscopy) She is a fantastic family pet with a loving and gentle temperament and has been trained up to Platinum Level Obedience Training.
For those who are unaware of the difference between a Show and Working Cocker Spaniel, the show line doesn't have the same level of hunting instinct and therefore is typically a much calmer dog.
I follow the Puppy Culture Program when raising my pups. Puppy Culture is a socialisation and training programme specifically designed for puppies from birth through to the end of their critical socialisation period with age appropriate protocols and lessons laid out in an organised format. This ensures the pups leave confident, well socialised with a good introduction to crate training, toileting, walking to heel, amongst many other things. All prospective owners will be invited to follow my Facebook and Instagram pages (Carol’s Cockers) for regular updates on their progress and be invited to visit pups so they have a good understanding of the training that has been put in place and how best to carry this forward.
They will have had their first vaccination and will be microchipped before leaving for their forever homes.
Lots of hard work and thought has been put into this breeding, selection of the stud dog was key to my choice, he is a Crufts show dog, and is also KC registered and fully health tested (Prcd-PRA, FN, AON, AMS, BVA/KC/ISDS Eye Scheme) to ensure not only healthy pups but they are of top quality too. The inbreeding coefficient score for this litter is 0.7%, which is much lower than the breed average of 10.6% This our second litter using the same stud, as our first litter produced such fantastic pups. All pups will be KC Registered.
For ease of keeping track of their progress and I nicknamed the pups using chocolate bars
